Appearance of the different stages:
One Tail: When chakra is released from Kamiko in large amounts, a demon wolf cloak will form around Kamiko, initially and slowly she will begin to grow a chakra tail. Her canines become longer and sharper and her eyes become wolf like. It becomes a white to represent the wind element. She still has most of her sense of self.
Two Tail: By this point, her speed will have increased as well as her senses (Hearing, smell, etc.) as she grows the second tail. She still has some sense of self and can still snap out of this state. The cloak now seems to be a bright yellow to represent the lightning element.
Three Tail: She'll remain on all fours as her body is almost completely shrouded by the cloak and becomes a kind of deep blue to represent the water element. Her speed has doubled and has almost lost complete sense of self, though she can still be called out of this state, though the chances are slim.
Four Tail: Releasing even more chakra than before, even from her mouth, and growing a fourth tail. She slowly becomes completely enveloped in the wolf cloak, resembling a miniature demon wolf. It takes on a dark, blood red color to represent the fire element. Also, her legs are thinner and longer and she has absolutely no control of herself.

Five Tail: In this form, she takes on the appearance of the five tails, rather than just a cloak, appearing like a huge wolf creature with five tails. Like the previous transformation, she seems to have no control in this form. He can create a huge black sphere of chakra in front of his mouth, but unlike the nine-tails, it releases as a widespread blast instead of a concentrated ball.

Unique Traits: Massive Chakra (Not nearly as much as the Nine-Tails, but still quite large). All five main elements (No special elements).

History: The Five-Tailed Demon Wolf (五尾, Gobi no Houkou) is a bijuu which looks like a five-tailed dog. Each tail of this creature represents one elemental power: Wind, Water, Earth, Lightning and Fire. They can cause catastrophic damage when used. Five-Tails will willingly destroy the nature to obtain the power he desires from these elements.

Five-Tails was once sealed in an Iwagakure shinobi but was captured and sealed by the first Akatsuki. After Akatsuki was defeated it was resealed in another shinobi from Amegakure, Izumo Kuramitsu. It primarily dwelt in the Land of Rain. The Kuramitsu clan once controled and kept the demon wolf until the time that Pain-sama needed it. During the Third Great Shinobi War the Iwagakure shinobi, in the Battle of the Beast's Hollow, captured Five-Tails and brought it to their land. Over 15 years later, Five-Tails is freed from Akatsuki's grip and it returns to the Land of Rain. It is then sealed within Izumo in order to keep it from being stolen again. No one knows where it dwells this day however.

Weaknesses: Each tail has a weakness. Because they are elemental, that means their opposite. Taking out each tail will weaken the wolf greatly. Think of it as 20% strength out of a 100% taken out with each tail element put out in a way. Also has a weakness to extremely high pitched noises, similar to those used for dogs. Kamiko has yet to learn to control it and therefore can easily be used against her. They aren't on good terms with each other at the moment.
