Upon arriving in front of the building with Kenshin, she gave a small wave to a few of the ANBU wandering around doing their morning duties. ANBU guarded the location at all times, usually one or two at a time to ensure there are no attempts on the Kage's life. She led the man up the short stairway towards her office. It really wasn't that big, but then again, neither was the village.

As she led Kenshin into her office, Kamiko walked over behind her desk and turned to him. "Please, sit. Now what did you want to discuss that was so important?" She asked, a bit of curiousity in her voice. In the office, there was an assortment of low priority documents and didn't seem like there was anything of value. She pulled out her chair and sat down, waiting for Kenshin to sit and respond to her question.

Kenshin followed Kamiko to the Kage Office, he walked up the staircase which led to her office. The office wasn't very big, it was quite open with only 3 rooms that could be seen. A few minutes later, Kenshin was inside the office with Kamiko. Neru sat down on the seat opposite to Kamiko's, as he sat down he couldn't see the girl from her desk due to the small paperwork piled up on her desk. Kenshin quickly stood up and chuckled a bit with the same dopey smile. "Uhh well, i'm here on the matter of an assasin aiming after you Kamiko, I mean Ma'am Yukikage!" Kenshin stated while laughing a bit again. "You see the assasin is after the Bijuu inside of you, there are also some reports of one of the Sage powers near your area." Kenshin said with a much more serious tone, his eyes seemed to give off a different style and colour than seen before. "The Hidden Sky village would like to ally with the Hidden Snow. I was sent here to guard you and wait for the rest of the troops."

Kamiko was scanning over the papers a little, realizing that she had to get to work on them when she had the time to try and clear them off her desk. She turned her attention back to Kenshin when she noticed he had stood up from his chair again, a questionable expression on her face.

"An assassin?" She was even more confused. Why would someone want to assassinate her? But as he spoke, she began to realize why. "Oh, I see...," she said quietly as she looked down at her hands folded neatly in her lap. There was a slight sadness to her tone. She quickly looked back up in surprise at him when he mentioned the possibility of a sage power being near the area. She had heard about the stories from her mentor, but she had always thought they were a myth.

She thought about his request for their villages to ally. Usually, she would ask Haseo for help with this kind of decision, but she knew she needed to start thinking for herself. "Alright, I think we can work something out, but I'll need to discuss the terms with you village leader before I make anything final." She stood up, smiling at him. "My cousin will be out of town for a few days. If you'd like, you can stay in his room for a while. It's very kind of you to come all this way just to protect me."

Another question came to mind as she finished thanking him, thinking more on what he had said. "How many troops will be arriving and when?" She asked curiously, mainly knowing that she needed to alert the ANBU of the situation so they were prepared for it.

"Not many troops will arrive, unless we make the deal, one of the village elders will arrive, I'd say a squadron or two, to guard the village elder. And thanks for the offer, but I decline, I'll go visit the local Inn, I'm feeling hungry aswell after the journey. If your ANBU notice anything strange tell them to contact me immediately" Kenshin replied with the same serious face he had. "Also the kage of our village has been deceased, so we don't have any order at the Hidden Sky, the village is in chaos because of the attack of the assasin at our village. We still have no idea who the assassin is but he seems to have the affinity of Fire. What we do know is that the Hidden Star, Hidden Grass and Hidden Heat-Haze organised the attack on our village, accoring to our scouts. The kages of the villages met at Hidden Star for a summit. The Hidden Sound and Hidden Rain are neutral at this point, but it is certain that there is a Sage Power somewhere near those areas, so it won't last for long. The Hidden Spring and Hidden Waterfall have joined as allies aswell, it would be a smart move if our villages were to be allies aswell, That's all." Kenshin finished his speech and then said "If you don't mind hehe." with his usual dopey smile.

"Alright, I understand," Kamiko said with a nod. "I'll be sure to alert them of the situation." She moved away from her desk and walked over to the window, continuing to listen to Kenshin as he explained what was going on in his village.

She turned her head just enough to look at him when he mentioned something about the Hidden Grass being apart of it. "I have a friend there that I keep in contact with. He stays pretty neutral though. I could probably get some information from him if they're planning anymore attacks."

She turned her attention back out the window, beginning to kind of rock back and forth as she began thinking about the situation. She turned on her heel when he finished to face Kenshin, placing her right hand on her hip. "Yeah. I'll get started on some paperwork and call you in when it's finished. For now, you should get some food and rest. If you have any problems with anything, then please let me know." She closed her eyes and smiled as she finished speaking.

"I see, thank you. Tell your ANBU to contact me if they notice any strange activity." Kenshin replied as he turned around to leave, as he opened the door, he said "You must have the full control of your bijuu if you want to survive." Kenshin then left and closed the door slowly. He gave a sigh and started to walk towards the stairway, he needed to buy warmer clothes if he is going to leave the village again.

Kamiko stood there in silence for a moment as Kenshin left. She held her hands to her chest, holding her head low so her hair shadowed her eyes. "But I don't even know where to start..." She dropped her hands to her side and sighed. She walked out over to the door and headed out to inform her ANBU of the situation.
